Such an impressive villa! Even though our stay was short, it was definitely memorable. The architecture and interior design are top notch, the pool is fantastic and big, and we all just loved the house overall! The location is also strategic for exploring Bali, while also feeling completely tucked away from the noise. Amenities were also great, we were really happy with it, everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and the cleaning service kept the place clean. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a special place to stay. We will definetly be back!

Amazing Family Birthday Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Luxurious

We had a fantastic stay for a family birthday celebration at this Villa. The location is unbeatable for walking to shops, Discovery Mall, Waterbom and restaurants, yet the villa itself remains a peaceful, private paradise. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable for our whole group. We all slept soundly, the water pump was completely quiet, and the ACs in all bedrooms kept us freezing cold. and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the floors spotless. The villa was spotless and the linens were fresh, crisp, and bright white. The kitchen was fully equipped with fresh cleaning supplies, and all the bathrooms were clean with excellent water pressure and hot water. The layout is beautiful, and the huge pool is perfect for relaxing after a short walk to Kuta beach or nearby restaurants. Puspa was a lovely host who checked in on us regularly to ensure our celebration went smoothly. It felt luxurious, relaxing, and worth every penny. Highly recommended and definetly will come back! Don't hesitate to book this Villa!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Luxury and Spotless Stay in Kuta! We had a wonderful stay at this villa and couldn't be happier. The location is unbeatable, so close to Waterbom, Discovery Mall, great cafes restaurant, and 3 minutes walk to Kuta beach. Plus, it is incredibly convenient as it is only a 7-minute drive by car to the airport, which saved us so much travel stress! What impressed us most was how clean and well-maintained everything was. The bedrooms were pristine, and the linen was fresh, crisp, and stark white. The private pool was huge and sparkling clean. The villa manager and the housekeeping team were so attentive and kept the place spotless every day. It truly felt like a Luxury tropical oasis. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

The villa is located very close to Waterbom park and a short walk to great restaurant, supermarket, laundry and shopping options. Kuta beach is approx a 15 min walk to enjoy a surf or a sunset Bintang. The property itself, including the large pool, is nice and has the potential to be great as advertised. I would definitely be removing ‘Luxury’ from the title of the villa as it was in no way a luxurious experience for us.

− Sadly the lack of maintenance and low standard of cleaning really let it down and put a huge dampener on our stay. We were so excited to stay for 7 nights for my Mother’s 70th birthday celebrations. Unfortunately right from the check in until the day we left we encountered a myriad of issues that could have easily been prevented with better upkeep, regular maintenance and a much higher standard of cleaning, particularly with new and fresh linen. Upon check in the toilet seat in the master was hanging off and was dirty, the linen was yellow and stained, the door handle to my children’s room was broken and the air conditioner in their room didn’t work properly causing them to swelter all night. There was dirt in the cupboards, the kettle was broken and the kitchen sponges/cloths provided were used, dirty and belonged in the bin. These issues were addressed the following day by the villa manager, Puspa. The floors had stains all over the tiles that later disappeared the following day when actually scrubbed by the cleaners. Unfortunately the issues continued including a broken water pump above Bedroom 3 that cycles every 5 seconds overnight preventing occupants from any sleep between 0130-0430. After 2 days this was ‘fixed’ for 1 night before it recommenced. The master bath and shower leaked causing the bathroom to repeatedly flood, the internet was down for 3/7 days and the water pressure and temperature were intermittent. It was exhausting and frustrating having to address issues every day of our stay. I would suggest the owners invest some money into deep maintenance of the villa before it deteriorates completely. I would also suggest purchasing some new linen, particularly for the bathroom, that is fresh, white and not stained. The cleaning absolutely needs great improvement. Overall it was deeply disappointing and we would not return unless the above issues were rectified.
