Very very disappointing

The location, a large pool, large garden, pool table and table tennis

− Hadn’t been cleaned, floor was very dirty,everything was dusty, crockery and microwave dirty. Had to ask for cleaners to come in and also vacuum mattresses as they settle horribly dirty, very old. Had to insist on a topper for my granddaughters bd as it was rock hard. Veranda was covered by tin (not as pictured) and the table and chairs were not as in pictures and were very uncomfortable. Grating around pool was loose and dangerous. The, what we assume was a jacuzzi part of pool, was covered with a piece of plywood and the brick edges which were on the pool side were broken, jagged and dangerous. The indoor dining chairs were not as pictured and had stretch black covers that shed each time you sat on it. A picture that was held together with some sort of tape actually fell off of the wall onto a sofa, fortunately we were out. All in all, very disappointing and therefore expensive. It’s such a shame as it could be a really fabulous place with a little more attention to detail and closer supervision of cleaning staff
