10.0Alles was beschikbaar, meer dan in de omschrijving. Heel veel ruimte. Zeer hygiënisch, alles perfect proper. Zeer rustig gelegen bij de zee en bij de hoofdweg.
− Je hebt wel de auto nodig om te winkelen of iets te gaan eten of drinken. Je kan nergens te voet heen.

6.0The house is situated in nice place closed to the sea and garden and terrace are comfortable.
− The bathroom needs to be updated and mattresses are old and bumpy. The water boiler is just above the shower and it seems old and not in condition of standard.
Bien mais manque de climatisation pour l'été
6.0Belle vieille maison dans l'ensemble. Vue plutôt jolie. On sent que c'est une maison habitée lorsqu'elle n'est pas en location. Équipements plutôt correct à part la climatisation. La douche extérieure est sympa. Très grand parking Pas de voisins proche Possibilité de prendre un café sur la jolie terrasse
− Probablement un des derniers endroits en Sardaigne où ill n' y pas de climatisation, ce qui a gâché notre séjour car il fait très chaud l'été.(+ De 35 degrés en août) Dormir la fenêtre ouverte est compliquée car la route très passante où les voitures roulent très vite est à moins de 50m. Au final nous avons passé 5 jours très fatiguants mais je dois dire que c'est bien indiqué que la maison n'est pas climatisée (mon erreur) La porte de la deuxième chambre ne ferme pas du tout, ce qui peut poser des problèmes d'intimité Matelas et sommier très vieux qui devraient être changés, surtout vu le prix.

8.0Kontakt mit Vermieter und Übergabe Schlüssel bestens geklappt. Ausstattung sehr gut, traumhafter Blick auf das Meer.
− Einziges Manko ist die Nähe zur teilweise viel befahrenen Straße (angrenzend an das Grundstück). Preis für die gebuchten Nächte ca. 25 % zu hoch.
