3.0The view was good and place is also ok but the facilities and the room are not at all standard. Very poorly maintained and broken doors. AC not working light not working.

1.0On booking the room was confirmed for Rs. 1800. It that the payment has to be paid at property. When I call to the hotel manager , they said that if you have booked a family room and sea facing , then you will have to pay Rs. 2700 for that.
