Bad experience with the Receptionist @ night

− When I made the reservation was $19.00+ tax. When I checked in they charged me $30.00 Is very bad place . I couldn't sleep the whole night. The Receptionist was on the lobby talking loud . I left the hotel at 2:30am because I couldn't take it anymore is not comfortable is very ghetto place no respect for the guests
