− Wasnt ready when we arrived They didnt know that there was a reservation under our name. We arrived at 4pm but had to wait more than 1hr to check in the property.

10.0I had an amazing stay at Villa Ciana. The villa is incredibly spacious, bright and well-designed, with each area whether it's the bedroom, kitchen, or balcony. It really gives off comfort and a modern, homely atmosphere. The highlight for me was the large balcony, with the beautiful views of the paddyfield and surrounding nature. Honestly, with such a serene setting, you could easily spend your entire stay just relaxing here. The villa is also conveniently located with easy access to the main road, and tuk-tuks can find it without any trouble. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with owners was perfect. I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay next time!

10.0We only planned to stay at Villa Ciana for a day, but we loved it so much we stayed for a whole week! It's a beautiful place with amazing views in the middle of the rice field. Everything is new and modern. The rooms are well equipped and with AC and hot water ! We had a really relaxing time and could reach Unawatuna in a few minutes without being annoyed by the noise of the city.
We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality
10.0I want to say thanks so much for the stay at Villa Ciana. It was the most beautiful location and villa.. and to be honest I couldn’t have asked for anything more! The interior is modern, bright, spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are super comfortable and the large balcony overlooking the stunning paddyfield is perfect for early mornings and chilling through the day. This would be great for families or couples, lots of with privacy and easy access to the main road. Definitely recommend!
