No pude alojarme, estando en destino a la hora del check inn, no estaban para abrirme, me cancelaron

− No pude alojarme, estando en destino a la hora del check inn, me contestaron el telefono, y me informaron que no estaban disponibles para abrirme, o sea que no tenia alojamiento. Me quedé en la calle con reserva por booking. Una falrta de respeto a los pasajeros.
