5.0− They always refuse to accommodate first on booking.com then say please wait we try to adjust you. Rooms are also not up to mark on the 4th floor. 3rd floor rooms are good but they don't offer for the guests of booking.com

6.0Good location! Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff was very cooperative.
− The stay was fine overall, but a few improvements are needed. The AC was quite old and placed in a way that blew directly onto the bed, which became uncomfortable after some time. The washroom also needs major repairs and better maintenance.
