We have just finished our second stay at Villa Cinnamon Land, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first. If you are looking for an authentic, high-quality experience of Sri Lankan hospitality, look no further. The Hosts Saman and his family are absolutely lovely. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their communication is excellent, and they are incredibly accommodating to any request. Whether it was arranging reliable cars, organizing quick tuk-tuk rides, or planning day trips, Saman handled everything seamlessly. The Food: One of the highlights of staying here is the food. We enjoyed delicious, fresh meals every single day. It truly saves you the hassle of searching for restaurants when the best food in town is being served right at your table. * The House: Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The house has two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and a washing machine which comes in handy after weeks traveling. * The Grounds: The garden is peaceful and surrounded by cinnamon trees. * The Village: Charming and friendly. It’s a great way to experience the local culture away from the typical "tourist bubbles." There are a few local shops to get basic things and snacks. * Proximity: While the villa tucked away in a smaller village, it is perfectly positioned for exploring. Beautiful beaches and tourist sites are just a short trip away. We visited cinnamon plantations, the moon stone mine, traditional hand loom weaving and some historic and interesting temples. We cannot recommend Villa Cinnamon Land enough. Thank you, Saman, for another great stay. We will definitely be back for a third visit!

Beautiful designer accomodation in calm area for good price

It is very nice designer accomodation, completely new, well equipped, close to see. There is also a fridge, a washing maschine and great and beautiful kitchen with all you need also for long-term stay, good wifi. Calm place with a nice terrace, good also for families. The host is really great and always helpful, he helps you with everything. The host's wife cooks typical Sri Lankan cuisine wonderfully. Do not forget to try it. The place is great for relax. Overall, we really liked the accommodation and we can recommend it definitely. Great for everybody for relaxation and a break from the daily hustle and bustle.

− We liked everything. The only thing is that the place is not directly by the sea. But the host offers a tuktuk or will ensure renting bikes or scooters so you can get to the sea quickly and easy. This is the reason why we give 9. But 10 will be more correct :-)

Villa is very clean with comfortable 02 bed rooms with attached bathrooms, hot water and AC working very good. Owner friendly and helpful. Excellent local breakfast. Value for money .
