A localização é excelente, com restaurantes e mercados nas proximidades, a apenas 450 metros da praia e muito perto do centro. O senhor Miguel foi extremamente simpático, prestativo e atencioso, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável.

Casa boa e limpa, fomos recebidos pelo Seu Miguel com muita atenção, ótima localização e pertinho dos comerciais e das praias de Guarapari, minha família e eu gostamos muito.

− De não ter mais dias para aproveitarmos a estadia 😞, e tirando isso não tenho nada a reclamar.

A casa por si só, é muito charmosa e autêntica. Muito espaçosa e confortável com todas as comodidades que precisamos. O Sr. Miguel é muito educado, atencioso e prestativo, nos recebeu muito bem desde a nossa chegada até a saída. 🙏🏾 Esperamos voltar o mais breve possível ❤️
