Willkommensgeschenk, ruhige Lage, Meersicht, privater Parkplatz, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Umschwung, Waschmaschine, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe in Box, nötigste Ausstattung vorhanden, sauber

− Unangenehmer Geruch im Badzimmer, dafür Duftspray und -kerze vorhanden; etwas enge Zufahrt, aber mit etwas Übung gut machbar, im unteren Stock keine Storen (darum etwas warm)
