1.0Das einzig positive an dieser Unterkunft ist die Sauberkeit. Also danke an das Reinigungspersonal.
− !Sicherheitsvorfall beim Checkout! Mein Smartphone lag beim Bezahlen kurzzeitig auf dem Tisch der Rezeption und wurde dort von einer Mitarbeiterin an eine fremde dritte Person ausgehändigt, die daraufhin das Hotelgelände verließ - direkt vor den Augen des Sicherheitspersonals des Hotels. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde zunächst behauptet, man wisse von nichts und hätte kein Smartphone gesehen. Wir konnten glücklicherweise das Telefon per "Find my Device" von einem anderen Smartphone aus tracken und beweisen, dass es sich nicht mehr auf dem Hotelgelände befindet. Erst nach diesem Beweis und der mehrfachen Aussage, dass wir die Polizei rufen wollen (die Herausgabe der Notrufnummer wurde uns von der gesamten Belegschaft vor Ort auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage verweigert), griff der Manager ein. Dieser wusste plötzlich, bei wem er anrufen muss, um das Problem zu lösen. Zurück kam eine Person, die behauptete, das Smartphone wurde ihm von der Rezeption ausgehändigt und es wäre ihm nicht aufgefallen, dass es sich um fremdes Eigentum handelt (mein Smartphone ist mintgrün und in der durchsichtigen Hülle befand sich eine Karte mit meinem (weiblichen) Namen!). Besonders besorgniserregend war: -mehrfaches Leugnen trotz klarer Hinweise -aktives Wegdrücken des Klingelns des georteten Smartphones -Verweigerung von Unterstützung bzw. Informationen zur Polizei Unabhängig von der Absicht stellt dies einen schweren Sicherheitsvorfall dar. Zusätzlich kam es bereits am Vortag schon zu unprofessionellem Verhalten: -Wir buchten MIT Frühstück und vor Ort sagte man uns, dass angeblich nur ein Frühstück inklusive sei (haben wir noch nie so erlebt) und wir weitere 7.000 RWF zahlen müssen. -Am Abend warteten wir im Restaurant 2,5h(!) auf ein einfaches Gericht, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Zwischendurch kam es immer wieder zu Ausreden, zum Beispiel, dass die Küche zu klein sei.
