The staff were all very friendly (when they replied), the house LOOKS nice and modern. There's a lot of kitchen items as well, so easy to cook or make anything

− 1. Communication: was not good overall. Had to remind for info for check in + was not told how to open the house gate and had to get help from the neighbour cause staff didn't answer texts and calls initially. Had to call and text again for wifi password also. 2. Location: address given on booking was not the same as the actual location and had to call owner to get maps location 2. Cleanliness: issues with the toilet in the room, aparently cannot use toilet paper to flush but was not informed and had waste leaking from the side of the bowl. Additional- fridge was really dirty, personally took the platforms out to wash before using Would recommend owner to compile all needed info (check in details, waze/maps link, contact number, wifi password, toilet detail) into a text for easy and smoother check in. Then it would be great.
