É bem ventilado, de frente para o nascente, janela dos dois lados, tem um bom ar-condicionado, casinha bem clara, fresca e tranquila, rua segura, pode fazer tudo a pé, ir na padaria, nos restaurantes…

− Só senti falta de um folgão para fazer um cafezinho ou chazinho quente! Estava bem frio! Tirando isso foi excelente!!!
