1.0− Pessima esperienza a Lisbona – Problemi strutturali e totale abbandono Sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio. Appena arrivati, sabato sera 18 luglio, abbiamo trovato 7 blatte che giravano per casa. Notandone due uscire direttamente dalla fessura di una doccia walk-in realizzata in modo del tutto rudimentale, abbiamo capito che il problema derivava proprio da lì. La gestione è stata del tutto inaccettabile: l'host non si è fatto vedere e non ci ha fornito nemmeno un disinfettante da versare nella fessura della doccia per arginare l'emergenza. Abbiamo dovuto eliminare noi stessi gli insetti e i corpi sono rimasti nel cestino fino al 21 luglio, giorno in cui è passato finalmente qualcuno a fare le pulizie e a svuotarlo. Invece di intervenire subito, la prima risposta dell'host è stata semplicemente quella di dirci di andarcene e prendere un rimborso, lasciandoci da un momento all'altro senza un posto dove stare. Solo dopo due giorni ci ha proposto un suo alloggio alternativo fuori Lisbona: una soluzione del tutto irragionevole per noi che eravamo un gruppo di 9 amici posizionato interamente in zona. Zero professionalità, problemi di scarichi/tubature e totale disinteresse per gli ospiti.

− Baño dentro de la habitación con poca privacidad Aparcamiento en alrededores con zona amarilla , solo bueno si estás en fin de semana , sino tienes que pagar y cambiar coche cada 4 horas

5.0Apartamento espaçoso e muito bem localizado.
− O apartamento onde ficamos cheirava bastante a mofo. Problemas com o ralo da banheira fizeram com que a água não escoasse e fosse impossível tomar banho.

− Lo que ofrecen en internet no es que realmente uno consigue en el hotel, no hay acceso a una cocina como tal o al menos un microondas, la limpieza del ático no fua la adecuada con mucho polvo lo cual es delicado para los niños y se alojan en ese espacio.
