They were always ready to provide anything I needed and were consistently available to answer my questions and help with any difficulties. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return.

1.0I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not as advertised and fell well below an acceptable standard. On arrival, I found the room and bathroom to have a strong mould smell. The ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom were covered in mould, which made the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant. In addition, I experienced the following issues: The TV was not working. The air conditioner was not working. There was no power for extended periods. There was no water. The Wi-Fi was not working. The table was broken, and some of the furniture was damaged. The bed linen was torn, and there was hair in the bed on arrival. I had booked and paid for two nights, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I could only stay for one night. I was forced to book alternative accommodation at my own expense, resulting in additional unexpected costs. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what was advertised or what I paid for. I believe the listing is misleading and should be investigated to prevent other guests from having a similar experience. I have attached photos and videos that clearly show the condition of the room and support the issues described above. I request that this complaint be investigated and that I be considered for an appropriate refund and compensation for the additional accommodation costs I incurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
