− The oven didn't work, the fridge wasn't very cold and the plates were dirty on arrival. there were also dirty towels left in the wardrobe. state of cleanliness was generally poor.

− Апартамента е доста амортизиран, снимките които са качени или са много стари или добре обработени. В едната баня сифона на мивката беше запушен, което правеше мивката невъзможна за използване, също така фурната на печката не работи. В деня на настаняване ни поискаха допълнително по 30 евро на човек за туристически данък плюс 150 евро депозит, за да изпратят ключ. Което ми е доста некоректно. Депозита го върнаха на следващия ден след освобождаване на апартамента.

− Não haver condições de segurança, a casa nao tem extintor de incêndio e o mecanismo do fecho da porta tranca as pessoas em casa, sendo necessário carregar em dois botões ao mesmo tempo para abrir a porta. A cozinha não tem condições, o fogão muito difícil de acender, o forno não funciona e a máquina da loiça está avariada. As banheiras na casa de banho não vedam a água. Os dois secadores de cabelo não funcionam. Apartamento bastante sujo e com claros sinais de pouco investimento. O quarto da frente durante a noite é super barulhento. A casa tem na sala um detetor de ruído, tendo recebido mensagem do apartamento por duas vezes que os "visinhos" se estavam a queixar do meu barulho, sendo que estava simplesmente a conversar normal, sugiro que coloquem o aparelho de ruído no quarto da frente pois o ruído que se ouve da rua é que não nos deixou descansar. Experiência nesta empresa, a não repetir sem dúvida.

− Struttura pessima, tante cose non funzionanti, pareti sottili perciò anche solo parlare normalmente disturbava gli altri.... Esperienza da non ripetere un questo alloggio
