− Keadaan rumah yg agak berkuap dan panas, aircond dlm bilik x berapa berfungsi elok.. ada cermin tingkap yg hilang... Utk rumah teres intermediate mmg kena ada aircond kt living/dining..

7.0Location ok, senang cari. Depan homestay tak ada facing rumah lain so privacy skit la. Parking luas
− Bilik kedua ada loteng atas, aircond dan kipas belah atas shja, bawah panas.. Psang ekon pun tak sejuk kat bawah nk iron n solat. Tv ada tp sbgai hiasan shaja lah, tak boleh pakai. Mini fridge je ada, mcm hotel tu. Boleh sediakan tong sampah yg besar skit atau provide lbih plastik sampah
