Good family friendly neighbourhood

− As a family who needed a low budget place to stay within New York, it looked promising and was shown through the pictures as clean and welcoming. We were CATFISHED!! Arriving at the boutique we were unable to locate the actual building, as it did not meet the photos we had been provided. Entering the building the downstairs was clean to the eye but was in desperate need of a lick off paint and lots off work, in a definite state off repair, yes it was tidy but it didn’t present itself, as shown. Taking ourselves to the room we was extremely unimpressed and quite gobsmacked. We was a party off 3, (2adults and a 17year old), we was given a double bed and a fold out single bed, we had no room to even place our suitcases, let alone ourselves. The bathroom was a great surprise when we walked in, as there was an extra door leading to a completely different room. The extra door, in the bathroom, had a paper sign on saying “no trespassing”. This made us and my child feel quite uneasy, as we were unsure if someone was going to walk through. The garden was fake grass laid on top of brick, with a bbq placed on the fake grass. Causing for a definite fire hazard. The longer we spent at this accommodation the more aware we became, noticing ants throughout the complex. From the front of the building to the back. On our last day we noticed a few in our room, the ants most probably gaining access through the curtain being sellotaped to the air conditioning unit to hide the big gap within the window. Upon arrival, we was able to drop our luggage off but was not allowed to enter the room until 6pm. Even though prior to this we had arranged a check in time for 4pm. We had booked the family room but the owner told us someone had extended their stays and we were placed in a different room. I went for an explore off the place, bumping into the owners husband who was extremely drunk, sat outside.

Private bathroom was definitely not private, no AC, room had not been cleaned.

Good location close to subway, in East Harlem. Very close to Central Park as well. Room was dirty - there was a used tissue on the floor. I paid $40 extra for a late check in - When I arrived, there was nobody there, so I called, and got the code to a key in a lock box. There was no towel in the room. They promised it the next morning, but I didn't get one till the evening. My room was supposed to have a private bathroom, but it was across the hall and someone else was clearly using it. On the last morning, I walked in on a guy using the facilities. Also the room was very hot - there was a fan, but didn't seem to have an AC. Al in all a bad experience.

El barrio es bonito

− Deberían invertir en mejores camas, en la ducha apenas cae agua, no colocaron jabón ni shampoo y papel higiénico hasta el tercer día y solo fue jabón de manos …. En todas las experiencias que he tenido siempre han habido shampoo y jabón en baños, era verano y el ventilador hace ruido no deja dormir y muy sucio todo

Elhelyezkedés hogy közel volt metroállomás

− Felszereltség, a tulaj és személyzett teljes alkalmatlansága. Elrontották a foglalásunk az első éjszakát egy közös helyiségben lévő kanapén kellett hogy töltsük semmi ágynemű nélkül ugy hogy a cucainkat egy patkányok járta pincébe zárták. A szobák nem jól felszereltek a tulaj egyáltalán nem volt segitő kész. Máaodik nap elromlott a ház bejárati ajtaján a zár a kulcsunkkal nem jutottunk be éjjel jeleztük de semmi segitség mert állitolag akit küldött volna a kulcsal elaludt igy szerencsére a szomszédok kelltek fel a csengőre és engedtek be. Senkinek nem ajánlom a helyet.
