Гарна квартира
10.0Гарна квартира і розташування. Відкрита і комунікабельна хазяйка. Була невеличка проблема з газовою колонкою і хазяйка одразу запопронувала варіанти і допомогла з рішенням. Сама квартира комфортна, в ній приєно знаходитись. Підлога без підігріву, але сама по собі тепла. Вікна квартири виходять на проспект Науки, що виглядає дуже гарно ( хоча декого може дратувати шум вулиці, але особисто мене не дратував ). Є балкончик, на якому можна постояти і подумати про життя

8.0Дуже зручне розташування, все близько, метро поруч. Звукоізоляція відмінна, сусіди теж тихі. Квартира зручна, є все необхідне. Відчувала себе як вдома.

10.0Чисті апартаменти, є все необхідне. Я залишалася на тиждень у квартирі та почувала себе комфортно. Порадував кондиціонер, бо на вулиці було дуже спекотно, тому він мене врятував😃Поруч АТБ, що дуже зручно. З радістю залишилась би ще.
− Через те, що вікна виходять на проспект науки, ввечері дуже чутно місцевих гонщиків.
