10.0位置還算不錯，但門口是在元大證券旁邊的小巷子裡。 機車有免費停車記得要先電話預約。 房間算夠大，而且很安靜，窗戶是雙層的窗戶，完全聽不到外面車聲，也聽不太到隔壁聲響。 有放了個衣物除臭噴霧的簡單衣櫥，有還蠻冰的小冰箱，有我沒用到的熱水壺，有梳妝台桌椅，有折疊鏡，有好用的吹風機，有一大面全身鏡，有很無聊的電視，有個穿鞋凳。 浴室裡有免治馬桶，有浴缸，而且熱水不用等，水壓適中。 有軟硬度適中偏硬的床墊，不容易腰酸背痛。 有軟軟地枕頭跟他們LOGO的小抱枕。 有提供洗髮、沐浴掛在牆上，比較特別是洗手跟洗臉是用同一罐，第一次遇到。 交誼廳很舒服，有吸菸室，有洗衣機、烘衣機、有賣零食、賣酒、賣冰淇淋的小賣部。 響應環保有提供水瓶給你裝水，水瓶可以帶走。 整體來說我覺得還不錯。
− 房間門的隔音比較不好，只要有人經過就會知道的程度。 房間內放置物品的空間不夠，只有一個小小梳妝檯跟小邊桌，很多東西都只能放在地上。 房內裝璜比起交誼廳有點陽春。 接下來的是如果之後有預算的話，這樣會更好一些。 1.建議電視可以換成連網電視，可以提供更多元的串流平台讓用戶自行登入使用。 2.房間內部傢俱的擺設可以再調整，因為整體除了間接照明就沒特別裝璜，只有刷一個主牆顏色，但因房間不算小就會有種空空的感覺。 以我住的1007舉例啦 椅凳放在梳妝檯旁有點怪，可以改放在門口浴室門口那側。全身鏡也可以一併放過去。 化妝檯可以放在窗戶旁，靠近太陽光白天梳妝不會太暗。 那個傳統宿舍衣櫥吼...建議可以在全身鏡那側換成開放式衣架（IKEA一根衣桿那種樣式的）加上牆上釘兩、三片層板就好，層板可以跟主牆顏色一樣有整體性，既解決衣櫥用不到的制式空間，也增加可以讓旅客擺放雜物的地方（客人想放衣服、放吃的喝的都行） 而原本化妝檯+椅凳的位置空著就可以多放個像交誼廳的圓桌跟一張椅子，或甚至來張小沙發。 然後你的房價就可以再多一點點了😆
