여행작가라 10일 숙박하면서 매일 트레킹하고 밤에 글 써야해서 세탁기와 빨래건조대가 있는 집을 골라 예약한건데 막상 가보니 세탁기도 빨래건조대도 없어 엄청 고생했어요. 사기당한 셈입니다. 주인에게 전화하니 옆동네까지 차타고 가서 코인 빨래방을 이용하라고 했어요. 어이없었죠. 그 댓가로 숙박비의 10% 환불요청했으나 답변자체를 하지않아 더 화나게 했어요. 게다가 1층이라고 했지만 반지하라 인터넷도 하기힘들었고 콘센트는 화장실에 있는거 딱 하나만 사용가능했어요. 반지하라 빨래 널 곳도 마땅치않고 양말은 아예 차에 넣고 다니며 말렸습니다. 사람들 오가는 계단 바로 옆이라 침실에서는 오가는 사람들 발이 보이고 거실에서는 상체가 보여 항상 커튼을 닫아야 했습니다. 그야말로 영화 기생충 체험이었어요. 그럼에도 불구하고 세탁기가 있었더라면 모든 게 괜찮았을겁니다. 거짓정보에 희생당하는 사람이 없도록 숙소에 대한 정보수정을 요청했습니다. 그나마 집은 깨끗했고 냉장고도 작지않아 좋았습니다. 두번 다시 머물고 싶지 않은 거질말쟁이 숙소입니다.

- Spacious and clean apartment - Large kitchen with a dishwasher, which is very convenient - The apartment stays cool because it is located in the basement - Responsive and helpful host
− - No sponge was provided for washing dishes - The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay - Mobile signal was also very weak in the basement, so using mobile data was difficult - OK location, but the village offers limited options, with only one store and one restaurant, which may not suit everyone

− 와이파이 연결이 안됩니다. 계단옆 지하층이라 데이타도 안터집니다. 호스트의 조치도 없습니다. 세탁기도 있다고 했는데 없습니다. 어디 공용시설 다른곳에 있을수도 있는데, 안내문이 전혀 없습니다.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere nella stessa vacanza Passo Giau, Marmolada, Arabba, Alleghe. Pulizia ottima e ambiente molto tranquillo, come sentirsi a casa. Colle Santa Lucia è un piccolo paesetto molto tranquillo, facile trovare parcheggio (gratuito) sulla piazza e alimentari a portata. Comodo regolare la temperatura dell'appartamento e bagno spazioso con acqua anche molto calda
− Unica piccola accortezza, il soffione non si regola con l'apposita chiusura a manopola per l'altezza desiderata ma è presente un filetto di ferro (quello per chiudere sacchetti) da stringere una volta trovata la giusta altezza. Tutto il resto era perfetto ordinato e molto pulito
