Tranquilla con parcheggio comodissimo. Dependance giardino bordo canale bellissimi. Cucina comoda e vista molto suggestiva. A 100 mt dalla coop e 150 dal lago.

− Camera molto graziosa ma forse appena appenaun pelo stretti ai bordi del letto.

Musty but great location and view.

The location was excellent. It was clean. The decor and furnishings were fine Car park nearby.

− MUSTY.The place was so musty that it spoiled our overall comfort as we had to have the patio windows open mostly. There seems to be a water leak somewhere as the floor is very spongy behind the bath as you walk up the side of the bed. And spongy entering the kitchen.This has to be addressed as this is causing the musty smell. The other problem was that we said our time of arrival was 2 to 3pm but all the cushions outside were left out in the rain and we couldn't sit outside until day 3 as we had to wait until they dried off. Empty coffee and sugar canisters left dirty and the MINIMAL of basic kitchen items like cereal bowls( only dessert bowls/soup) so not adequate.No caffiterre, teapot, egg cups.....and many more things not present. As I am in the hospitality trade I could list so many things that could improve this clean and well situated apartment. If the mustiness was addressed ( big job) and the kitchen was better supplied, this could be a great wee apartment. Oh . and is that big armchair really necessary? Seating for four people in a small apartment for two.Free up some space? Sorry for being honest but constructive criticism helps you move forward in any business.

Prima locatie en centraal gelegen

The apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay. The fairy garden on the way to it is spectacular. We walked to one of the local pubs for dinner, took us about 7 minutes.

− Bed was a bit hard.

Property double booked and didn’t notify us until we checked in

− When we arrived and tried to get into the property that we’d booked 6 months prior, there was no key. I rang the owner she said it’s been double booked! Someone would be with us in 10 mins, 20+ mins later someone arrived, not sure I believe the story she gave us, was offered somewhere “2 mins drive away” for 1 night then 1 night back at this property. Ok things do go wrong with bookings but the fact they knew straight away and then only dealt with my by text message is poor. There was plenty of time for them to notify us of a double booking. Luckily we found a nearby hotel which was extremely friendly, helpful, comfortable and a perfect location. In future just notify people as driving all the from England to find out we had no where to stay was stressful and unnecessary if we’d just been notified in advance.
