10.0Clean and staff super amazing
Small changes to the storage and the upkeep of the room are necessary.
5.01. The location is perfect for being away from main road traffic and has beautiful gardens including braai place 2. Staff were helpful the 2nd day, when i was issued the access remote contol to the main gate which made it easier for me and also by attending to the noise that was coming from above the ceiling.
− 1.The noise from the above the ceiling on the 1st night made it difficult to sleep. This was reportedly attended to during the day but after I returned to the room for the 2nd night, the noise started again and staff attended and the noise was eventualy stopped. 2..Bathroom set of towels and shower mat needs to be replaced. 3..Overall security for luggage in the room needs improvement to provide travelers with lockable storage.
All in all everything was good, the staff was very nice, they are so welcoming and friendly
