Great location but accommodation not what we’d paid for.

The location is perfect. The host communicated well.

− We were informed on day of arrival that accommodation was unavailable. Offered an alternative, but one-bed underground studio (no natural light) instead of the 2-bed apartment we’d booked. As it was such late notice we took it. Internet went off after an hour and never returned, so no access to tv either. Village has lovely pubs for food and plenty of nice walks. Completely understand that these things happen, but no offer of any refund.

Location

− House was dirty, food in sink, kitchen floor had filthy with pile swept up dirt. Carpets all Need cleaning. Half way up stairs the step has gone and it’s all loose, very unsafe. In bathroom was a hand towel that was filthy and looked like It had never been changed, the sink had black mould all around the bottom of basin as it joined the unit below. Beds were a joke, the smaller room was the wirst where the mattress was totally gone and you rolled into The middle together as it folded you in !. Main bedroom was only slightly better.

Very good location on the main street. Parking outside. Very well equiped kitchen. Comforable.

− Great TV in living room but TV in our bedroom did not appear to connect to anything so could not be used. It wasn't important as we don't usually watch TV in a bedroom.
