Casa muy cómoda para 6 personas, muy cerca del lago Braies, en un entorno espectacular. Los dueños muy simpáticos y atentos. La casa es muy grande, está completamente equipada y está ubicada en una zona de los Dolomitas donde te puede mover para hacer excursiones.

موقع السكن في بلدة فيرارا الصغيرة الرائعة الهادئة موقع استراتيجي لمن يرغب زيارة بحيرة برايس وكذلك سان كانديدو وأيضاً من يريد التوجه إلى بحيرة دوبياكو وبحيرة ميزوريني وبلدة كورتينا .. تواصلت مع اليساندرا وابنها كيفن وكانوا لطفاء جدا وتعاملهم راقي جدا .. السكن عبارة عن كوخ خشبي دورين ولكنه محاط بالنوافذ والأبواب من جميع الاتجاهات بحيث تستطيع فتحها للتهوية في حال كان الجو غير بارد .. أمام السكن كوخ خشبي له باب كهربائي يمكن إيقاف السيارة داخله .. إذا دخلت السكن على يمينك مطبخ متكامل الأدوات وفيه مخزن تابع له ويمكن غلقه بباب لمنع الروائح .. وعلى يسارك غرفة جلوس فيها طاولة طعام وكراسي وفيها اريكة تتحول إلى سرير ولكنها غير مريحة في النوم علما أن المرتبة التي داخله مريحة ولكن نفس الاريكة غير مريحة وفيها تلفاز ذكي ومطلة على حديقة صغيرة رائعة .. كما ان هناك دورة مياه كبيرة في الدور الارضي فيها مرحاض ومغسلة ودش استحمام .. وفي الدور العلوي يمينك غرفة فيها سرير مزدوج ولكن المراتب منفصلة وامامك غرفة فيها سرير مزدوج وداخلها غرفة أصغر فيها سرير طابقي والغرفتان يشتركان في الشرفة المطلة وأيضا في الدور العلوي دورة مياه كبيرة وفيها مرحاض ودش استحمام ومغسلة وحوض بانيو كبير للاستحمام وأيضا غسالة ملابس .. --- The accommodation is located in the charming and quiet small town of Ferrara, in a strategic location for those wishing to visit Lake Braies, San Candido, as well as those heading to Lake Dobbiaco, Lake Misurina, and the town of Cortina. I communicated with Alessandra and her son Kevin, and they were very kind and respectful in their manner. The accommodation is a two-story wooden cabin, surrounded by windows and doors on all sides, which can be opened for ventilation if the weather is not cold. In front of the accommodation, there is a wooden garage with an electric door where you can park your car. As you enter the cabin, on your right is a fully equipped kitchen with an attached storage room that can be closed with a door to prevent odors. On your left is a living room with a dining table and chairs, along with a sofa that can be converted into a bed.

− السكن لا يحتوي على التكييف ولكن لم نحتج إليه لكون الجو معتدل .. دورة المياه في الطابق السفلي لا يمكن قفلها لأنه لا يوجد مفتاح .. The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but we didn’t need it as the weather was mild. The bathroom on the ground floor cannot be locked, as there is no key for it.

La struttura e lo stile della casa. Dava la sensazione di una casa indipendente. Posizione centrale e comoda. Ottimi elettrodomestici. Proprietari non invadenti ma subito presenti in caso di bisogno.

− Sono degli accorgimenti. Sarebbero stati utili più bicchieri, tazze e tazzine (erano presenti solo 6 per tipologia). I bicchieri erano molto grandi e i bambini avevano difficoltà. Inoltre le tazze per la colazione non bastavano. La porta del bagno superiore doveva essere chiusa a chiave per rimanere chiusa.

It was the best place I have ever stayed. Very nice, comfortable , homelike apartment. My family really enjoyed , when we were "at home". Many thanks for the the hospitality of Alessandra ! The village Ferrara is very cozy with good small restaurants, with a small grocery store, where you can find everything. The apartment is very close to the Lago Braies, you can go to the lake at any time of the day ( in the early morning and in the late evening without crowd). Highly recommended apartment!!
