De rust en de ligging.
− 3 verdiepingen met 2 stijlen trappen. Koude vloeren (in de winter), steen en niet verwarmd, toilet niet verwarmd geen water kraantje, bediening verlichting 🤔 Nergens ventilatie roosters. 1 pallet kachel die alleen aan of uit mocht... De parkeerplaats achter het huis was niet gemarkeerd (een foto zou handig zijn) met een bordje(bij het muurtje bij de trap naar beneden) waardoor je niet wist waar je moest zijn (avond, donker in december). Hoe de tv werkte was echt een raadsel, soms wel YouTube of ook niet, idem met tv zenders te zien krijgen.

2 ingangen, uitstekende ligging, stil maar toch bij het centrum, eigen parking, heel proper en nieuw, pellet kachel is gezellig.
− Een paar kleine opmerkingen. Handleiding pelletkachel moet duidelijker. Wist niet hoe de eco mode te activeren. De deuren binnen sluiten niet, moeten geschaafd worden.

− Toilet en badkamer op gelijkvloers, stijle trappen met heel smalle treden waardoor moeilijk gebruik. Badkamer niet verwarmd waardoor onbruikbaar door het frisse weer. Geen legplaats om je spullen kwijt te raken.
