− Según mi reserva incluía desayuno, al pagar en efectivoe dijeron que mi reserva no lo incluía. No entiendo si hice mi pago con mi tarjeta, allá pagué nuevamente pero en efectvo

6.0Me gustó que al pedirles que adelantaran unos 20 minutos el desayuno un día en específico, lo resolvieron, ya que mi familia y yo teníamos un tour super temprano y necesitábamos desayunar antes. También, al preguntar por lugares, distancias o recomendaciones, muy acertadas las respuestas.
− No poder almorzar o cenar dentro del hotel porque ya no cuentan con personal para eso. Pero por todo lo demás, tienen lo básico en cuanto a comodidad, personal amable, habitaciones limpias, agua caliente, a menos de 7 minutos en carro del centro.
