5.0Sauberer, großer Pool, gut möblierte Terrasse, große helle Räume. Leise Klimaanlage, überall Ventilatoren. Sari sari gleich an der Ecke, Weg mit Auto zur Hauptstraße nur ein paar Minuten.
− Sehr schmutzig und abgewohnt, muss dringend eine Grundreinigung und Instandsetzung erhalten. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand, es gibt weder einen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer noch ein Sofa. Die Küchenschränke kleben, es leben Tiere in den unteren Fächern. Wir haben den Herd nur zum erhitzen des Kaffeewassers genutzt. Die Ausstattung ist schlecht, es gibt weder Spülmittel noch Putztücher oder Putzmittel, man kann sich also auch nicht selbst helfen. Die Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind schmutzig, die Spiegel dreckig, duschen geht nur auf philippinische Art - ein Eimer mit Wasser. Der Duschkopf funktioniert nicht, die erneute Füllung der Toilettenspülung braucht ewig. Es muss mal ein schönes Haus gewesen sein, das leider nicht gepflegt wurde.
