4.0Exceptional customer service. I could not open the window in the room - it was locked- at the staff put every effort to fix the situation.
− The property needs to improve on how they position themselves. It's not a hotel but a very communal airbnb. The place is an old apartment that has been renovated. We ended up being in one of numerous rooms, all of them facing the kitchen, so there was a sense of communal stay. I advice the property to put more accurate pictures of the place. For example, guests see a picture of the front of the house on their website. However, the real entrance to the accommodation is from the back of the building, from the parking lot. The property has put a great effort to this place but guests deserve to receive more accurate information before booking this place. In such case, the property receives the right customer for them ands good reviews in return.
