الشقة نظيفة و جميع الغرف فيها تكييف و المطبخ شبه متكامل وهي عبارة عن ثلاث غرف غرفتين في الدور الثاني وغرفة مع حمام في الدور الثالث مع بالكونة والانترنت سريع .

− كان فيها رائحة الدخان ، والحمام الاول ضيق ، والشقة الصعود لها عن طريق درج متعب ، ولايوجد موقف خاص عبارة عن موقف في الشارع برسوم .
