Decepcionante, problemas de limpeza, Internet, acesso e atendimento ruim

− Acesso difícil: Trecho até o chalé precisa de 4x4. O dono levou para o lado pessoal e falou que depende do motorista. Leiam no Google outras avaliações. Limpeza péssima churrasqueira com pedaços de carne, tela da janela imunda, várias sobras de pacotes de macarrão de outros hóspedes algumas abertas. Pensaram que alguém ia misturar tudo e comer? Só descartem. Internet parou de funcionar coincidentemente após minha reclamação sobre a limpeza dia 11 E ficou sem sinal até minha saída dia 13. Tv antiga com 1 canal aberto e Controle remoto não funcionava. Chuveiro oscilante hora muito quente hora água. Tenho chuveiros a gás e torneiras em casa e não tem essa oscilação. Suporte do colaborador inexistente. Pedi reembolso parcial do valor mas o dono se recusou e como comentado acima levou para o lado pessoal alegando que até em hotel 5 estrelas tinha esses problemas e que eu nunca tinha ido a algum. Como uma empresa séria de turismo deveria agir: em outubro de 24 estava em Miami e falou luz por conta de um furacão na Florida. Mesmo com o gerador funcionando, hotel devolveu algumas diárias por conta de algumas oscilações de luz e net mesmo sem ter culpa, mas por respeito a experiência do hóspede.

Da vista da varanda. É incrível. Mas o chalé tem tudo, foi incrível. É perto das cachoeiras de santa maria. Se vc nao pilota bem em pedras tome cuidado, pois tem um pequeno trecho que exige atenção. Ate esse trecho nos amamos.

− Infelizmente dormir todos os dias de cabelo molhado pois nao pode usar secador la. Chegar das trilhas 18h, tomar banho e o cabelo nao seca. Mas é coisa pequena perto de tanto glamour na vista e em tudo mais.
