Nice stay but I think you need a more professional cleaning company.
7.0Location worked well for our group. Room sizes were decent. Keurig was nice. Appliances were new and clean. The video game and ring game were a nice touch and the decorations were cool.
− Lack of top sheets on the beds. Lack of actual pillows with pillowcases for sleeping. Lock box was difficult to open and I did not like leaving the key in the box when we were not at unit. This seems to be a security risk.

9.0Overall, this place was great place with good value for what you get. The place was very clean and the kitchen and living room furniture was comfortable. The beds were average with comfortably. The amenities like the washer and dryer were great. There is everything you needed in the kitchen. There were such cool IU photos and decorations. This exceeded my expectations. There were some cool games to play. The personalized binder with information on Bobby Knight was awesome. The binder also list local eateries. bars, and things to do. The back deck with grill and chairs was nice. There are no curtains or blinds on the back doors. This is a tad concerning for safety. There is a trailer park directly behind this unit, and anyone can see in. Please put up blinds. There are 7 stairs going upstairs and there are even more stairs in the parking lot. There is no parking anytime in front of the place so the load and unload can be a-bit much if it is raining. The place is surrounded by a huge trailer park with lots of people walking by the place. Someone walking by allowed their dog to poop on the rental sidewalk and didn’t clean it up. There was pet canister just steps away. Other than the trailer park close by it is a great location. There is a lot of traffic from this large trailer park that only has one way in and out. It is close to the football stadium and assembly hall and I-69. This is a pet friendly site so a huge plus. There was great toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. I liked the google nest and the bathroom switches with nightlights, music, fans and more. There is great camera surveillance with signs everywhere. KI would return to this area.

10.0Everything was amazing! My kids had a blast :) we are do appreciate letting us stay there. We are talking about renting there more often :) it wasn’t to far from Walmart and other places :)
− Tbh there wasn’t really anything besides the down stairs was colder then upstairs so my kids slept upstairs luckily they did bc my youngest had a real bad cough n slept with me a little
