Ze waren super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, het ontbijt was super uitgebreid en lekker. Ook al was er een beetje een taalbarriere toch probeerden ze er alles aan te doen om ons te begrijpen en helpen. Echt super vriendelijk personeel, we voelden ons heel welkom.

Propre et personnel serviable

− Un peu à l’écart de tout. Pas de restaurant. La clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement, il faisait trop chaud là dedans. Et je prenais systématiquement des décharges électriques quand j’appelais l’ascenseur

Il letto è molto comodo , lo staff reception molto disponibile , abbiamo richiesto tre cose e ci hanno subito accontentati, il personale alla reception è sicuramente di livello alto.

− La pulizia. Le camere hanno tappeti e tende macchiati. La doccia era piena di capelli nello scarico ( non miei) , il mobile centrale dove ci sono le tazze al lato vicino al salotto ha lo zoccolo in basso pieno di polvere. Purtroppo gli Hilton hanno grande fama ma pessima pulizia. Anche a Las Vegas all' Hilton resort world mi è successa la stessa cosa. Inoltre la stanza è calda che pare l'inferno.

El hotel es un edificio muy nuevo con todos los detalles. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. El desayuno bufet es de primera.
