3.0Off road parking Mattress was good Ensuite Own entrance
− Shower rod came apart when trying to position head. Shower turned on as soon as cord pulled and sprayed out of the cubicle. Pillow too solid No teabags or plain coffee Very small space. Was converted garage Number on house not obvious. When we rang the phone number told to knock but no one answered. We then had to wait for a callback to explain access. Not a big deal but didn't feel straightforward.

4.0− It is a badly converted single garage that needs repainting, cleaning, providing hot water to wash up, repairs to broken shower. Collecting the key was fairly hard as the man who answered the door didn’t seem to know anything about it. The handwritten Wi-Fi code could do with the actual service provider name along with maybe a QR code.

3.0someone had the idea to turn the garage into a room
− There was no heating, it was cold, there was no hot water in the taps, only cold water. The only hot water was in the shower.
