We had a great stay except for the noise.

− Installing sound proofs can go a long way. We heard inappropriate sounds and had booked with a child.

− Poor customer service.. Our room was unhygienic. Consider fumigation and ensure rooms are free from dust and utensils and shower mat clean

4.0I liked the fact that it was closer to the University of Limpopo because I was attending a graduation. I liked the location; it's not easy to get lost. It is literally by the road with Paledi Mall, not located too far. There was iron in the property.
− A lot of things, but the most notable were: 1- My room was dirty. The fridge in the first room was a mess, the floors were unclean, and the trash bin still had residuals from the previous guests. The teacups and glasses were also not clean. I was moved to the second room, which was also not clean, including the tea cups and glasses. On top of that, the shower was clogged, so it wasn't draining fast enough, and there was hair on the floor, and the toilet wasn't properly flushed. 2. The first room only had the big light (I personally found it too bright), and all the bulbs from the bed lights were removed. The second room was using an outdoor light, and again, too bright for my eyes. 3. I admire the efforts for the place to ensure security; however, there was too much foot traffic from non-guests for my liking, and I found the main gate unlocked in the morning. 4. The receptionist who was working there really tried to cater to my requests, but it felt like she was forced or I was disturbing her every time I asked something Overall, the place needs some serious housekeeping because it has so much potential, but it is being let down by such silly things.
