Un bell'appartamento, ben arredato ed attrezzato, inserito in un contesto piacevole. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
− Nonostante la camera fosse stata rifatta in giornata non era stato acceso il riscaldamento ed abbiamo trovato 17 gradi. Abbiamo acceso subito, ma il termostato era programmato per ritornare a 17 gradi dopo un certo intervallo di tempo. Quindi non è mai stato possibile superare i 18 gradi. Problemi anche con l'acqua calda, temperatura insufficiente per una doccia. Davvero inaccettabile.

Az apartman fantasztikus panorámával rendelkezik. Teljesen felszerelt, remek stílussal berendezett, tágas, tökéletes a pihenésre, kikapcsolódásra. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és rendkívül segítőkész, ezért már másodszorra választottuk ezt a helyet a pihenésünkre. 🙂

De accommodatie heeft z'n voor en nadelen.

Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad is een gezamenlijk zwembad dat aan de overkant van de (rustige) straat ligt. Heb de indruk dat er heel wat locals hier ook weet van hebben en dat merk je na 17u komen ze na hun dienst allemaal een baantje trekken waardoor het er soms erg druk kan zijn. De host Michelangelo is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is centraal zo kan je op een uur pisa, Sienna en Florence bezichtigen.
− Er is geen terras, weinig lichtinval en bloedheet. Er zijn 2 ventilatoren beschikbaar en er zijn 3 plafond waaiers, waarvan er één niet werkte. In de living viel de temperatuur nog enigszins mee, maar in de 2 slaapkamers is het te heet om een deftige nachtrust te bekomen. Een airconditioner zou absoluut geen overbodige luxe zijn. Verder heeft de accommodatie wel van alles te bieden waaronder een vaatwasser, strijkijzer, wasmachine enz... Let wel op dat je de vaatwas niet ter gelijkertijd als de wasmachine aanzet, anders is er een kortsluiting. Het zwembad is groot en aangenaam vertoeven. Wel heel veel locals tijdens het weekend en na 17u. Waardoor het er erg druk is. Aan het zwembad zijn er ook heel veel wespen misschien zitten ze met een nest en dazen. Ik heb heel veel insectenbeten moeten ondergaan. Het was er al bij al wel aangenaam verblijven!
