Volledig gerenoveerd. Mooi appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco op slaapkamers. Mooi, groot balkon. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Loopafstand station en winkelcentrum met onder andere uitstekend restaurant.
− Je dient 4 trappen omhoog te lopen met ieder 7 treden om bij je appartement te komen.

The location is good, 30-zone street right behind Bottrop Hbf. Edeka, Aldi and DM within walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped.
− The walls and windows are not insulating against noise. The shower drain in the main bathroom was not functioning, and water was running on the bathroom floor and in the hallway.
