6.0In una struttura a 4 stelle non è accettabile l’utilizzo di distributori per le bevande calde (caffè, cappuccino….) come fosse la sala d’aspetto di un ospedale o di qualsiasi ufficio….peraltro con l’utilizzo di bicchieri di carta!
− Occorrono più carrelli in dotazione dei clienti per il trasporto di bagagli o altro verso le proprie dimore, spesso molto lontane dall’ingresso/parcheggio Il giorno delle partenze - giornata comune ai più -è una tragedia trovarne uno libero e l’ora di partenza la decide…il carrello libero🤦♀️

3.0Villaggio ben strutturato con del potenziale. Comodo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia continuo e non a orari fissi.
− Scarsa pulizia, poca professionalità nel servizio in sala durante la colazione. Non sono in grado di valutare se è lo stesso a pranzo e cena non avendone usufruito.
