5.0It was clean, Location near the bus stop.
− The bed was not comfortable. So far, a problem has happened suddenly, cutting down the electricity, but we sorted it quickly. There was a leak from the kitchen, and we sorted it temporarily. Very difficult to know the property and very nosy because the window faced the street. I left the property due to circumstances that happened to me. And I asked the manager if I could return some of what I paid or refund Because I had to leave early on 3 nights I spoke to the manager to help me make a refund she did not even respond to me she told me I would speak with Booking and I would get back to you. I am still waiting also she has not gotten back to me. I tried to send a message to the Booking Nobody touched me .
Clean and comfy.
10.0Place was very clean, and comfy, location was perfect for us, right next to M6 so we could make an early start the next day, there were good pubs with excellent food nearby.
− A flannel and soap would have been a nice touch.

8.0Location was great, close to pubs, restaurant and bus stop. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Heating worked well. Good onsite parking
− The T.V didn't work properly. No wardrobe space or draws for clothing. No face towels or hand towels. I believe they would've supplied if asked, but we're too busy. No basic supplies eg no toiletries, coffee/tea and Milk

A clean, stylish and well equipped apartment that needs a couple of finishing touches.
7.0The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, stylish, and well equipped.
− One or two unfinished bits - only one bedside lamp which didn't have a bulb. No towel rail in bathroom. On our second night, there were noisy neighbours in another apartment. (One suggestion - make sure your facilities are listed in more detail on booking.com.)

7.0Kitchen area
− Not quite finished. Blinds missing, no towel rails in bathroom, curtains in bedroom need to be black out, no aerial for TV, no cover on boiler that’s in the bedroom, inadequate wardrobe space, no mirrors on the walls.
