Moderne Ferienwohnung in verkehrsmäßig günstiger Lage zum fairen Preis.
8.0Die Wohnung war hell, modern ausgestattet, sehr gut beleuchtet - und mit vielen individuellen Einrichtungsgegenständen, wie der gemütliche Esstisch, die alte kleine Kommode und den Picasso-Motiven geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der moderne Induktionsherd hat uns beeindruckt. Die Waschmasine im Bad war hilfreich. Die Lage ist zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt verkehrsmäßig sehr günstig. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

5.0nicht weit vom Zentrum
− Der Flur dreckig, wochenlang nicht gereinigt, Stöpzel in der Spüle fehlte, am Anfang konnte nicht mit Spülmittel abgewaschen werden. Gläser schmierig. Nach Mitteilung an den Vermieter wurde ein Behälter für den Abwasch übergeben. Im Eingangsbereich war das Unkraut ca. 40 cm hoch. Das Bett nur 90 cm, (Bei mir 1,20 m, beide 2,40 m. Beim Umdrehen beinahe ein paar mal aus dem Bett gefallen). Beim betreten der Wohnung Muffgeruch, nicht gelüftet, Feuchtigkeit am Schornstein.

5.0Lage gut und ruhig
− Kein Kleiderschrank, Heizung defekt, kein passender Topf für den Induktionsherd. Zugang zur Wohnung im Innenhof über ein Gittertor mit schwergängigem Schloss. Treppenhaus noch in Renovierungsphase und Nachts nicht ausreichend beleuchtet. Parkplatz ist ca. 1km von der Wohnung entfernt.
