8.0it was extremely CLEAN!! Beds were better than most hotels. was in a decent part of town.
− Fri 7/17- At the time of Check in, I was Double charge for the 100$ security deposit. One of the amounts have been refunded and the other has not. I have called repeatedly to ask for them to release my funds. I was not being charged for any extras. No one has offered to resolve this issue. I have gotten several excuses- I have sent emails and messages. I did enjoy my stay wand was looking forward to using this hotel again.
The stay was very nice clean rooms etc . Staff need to greet you as you come in and out the place

− The staff didn’t greet you one staff member went to hide out while I was trying to check out . An I don’t like how the website ask you what time you’ll be there and your room not ready by the time that you picked .
I will make I would recommend this hotel to anyone that I know
