A beautiful and welcoming home for a short stay in Firenze
10.0Paolo is a wonderful host. He provided information on Firenze and offered his support as needed throughout the stay. He has created his own website filled with local recommendations. The home offers a welcoming space, all the necessities included that are needed for a short stay. As it is an older building, there is one level of steep stairs, however Paolo was there to assist with luggage. We will be happy to stay again next time we are in Firenze

9.0Spacious apartment with full kitchen, comfy bed, and fan. Pretty quiet area close to city centre! Walkable from train station. Local cafe, gym, grocery store, and quiet areas nearby. Walkable from attractions.
A great base to explore Florence, with a great host
9.0Paolo was a great host. He welcomed us and had lots of little touches to show he cares about his guests and his city. The apartment was in a great location, not too far to wheel suitcases from the station, and he kindly helped us to carry our bags up the steep stairs. It’s a small apartment but the bed was very comfortable.
− There is a bar across the road that goes until late, but the windows are double glazed, so it wasn’t too noisy. The only thing that surprised us was that there was no toaster, but he’d left us things that didn’t need to be toasted anyway.

The building where the house is located was built 500 years ago and the flat is located on the first floor without a elevator. There are 9 steep steps. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
