− Unable to contact house owner at all. Totally not replying my messages and WhatsApp

5.0− The apartment looks like the photos, however much smaller and darker. During the winter months it’s very cold due a draft from the balcony. We booked months in advance and couldn’tattend the first night due to a funeral and no accommodations were made for this. The location was close to transport and 7/11’s
small cozy room in Tokyo ☺️

Nice place, no fuss, easy access to explore shinjuku and tokyo itself
9.0Good appartment with all amenities needed, key collection was easy to follow with detailed instruction. Location was easy to walk to kabukicho, shinjuku and 3 options of metro stations to use (shinjuku, shin okubo, higashi shinjuku). Plenty of food options for late night or 27/7 options.
− Not much to complain about, only the washing machine kept getting error that the filters needed to be cleaned, but thats an easy fix
