Está bien situada, hay una parada de bus al lado pero realmente nosotros fuimos con nuestro propio coche, casi siempre podíamos aparcar justo delante de la puerta, así que genial. Hay una playa a unos 8 - 10' andando.

− La información de la ubicación, ya que cuando clicaba en la casita del mapa nos mandó a otra ubicación distinta, creo que sería más fácil poner la calle y el número para que fuese más sencillo llegar al alojamiento. Los sofás si eran un poco incómodos.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The provision of a 'welcome pack' with all the basics for laundry, washing up, toilet paper, shower gel etc. is a nice touch. It's also well situated within easy walking distance of the local cove and from there there is a beautiful headland paseo to Ciutadella.

− There is very limited outdoor space and no direct access to the pool - the apartments in the photo shown with balconies facing the pool are separate blocks and the apartment Udane is an outward facing apartment in another block. The front of the apartment Udane faces the access road and parking area and the small terrace shown in the photo as well as the smaller upper balcony face onto this road with scrub woodland on the other side - you can see the edge of the downstairs balcony to the right of the photo of the front door. At the rear of the property is a narrow quadrangle formed by other apartments in the block - this is divided into 4 small courtyards. The only private space for the apartment is this rear courtyard area approximately 6 meters by 3 meters which doubles as a laundry area - the walls surrounding the courtyard are 3 meters high with no windows and half open to the sky and as it is an inner area between two apartment blocks it feels very enclosed. To get to the pool it's necessary to leave via the front door and walk around the block. In addition to the lack of attractive private space to relax another problem for us was the noise from adjacent apartments. We child mind our grandchildren during the week so like to have some peace and quiet on our holidays. This wasn't possible because the walls are obviously thin and you can hear the neighbours walking up and down stairs and moving furniture - their tiled floors amplifying the noise. On one side lives a friendly and typically boisterous Spanish family with young children and a newborn baby. Perhaps the baby was suffering from colic because it cried throughout the days and evenings despite the best efforts of the parents and grandparents to soothe it and this spoiled the holiday somewhat. The area is quieter at times but other noise problems included a large dog barking at passers by and someone in the apartment behind ours playing loud music.
