Reformado, limpio y céntrico. El apartamento es bastante espacioso, y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas a la playa y al paseo con unos ventanales enormes, aunque no tenga terraza. Dispone de aire acondicionado y persianas. Además, està muy bien equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar (menaje cocina, tendedero…) El edificio tiene ascensor y piscina, que si bien le da la sombra casi todo el día es grande y està limpia.

− El horario de entrada es a las 17.00h, que me parece tardísimo cuando pagas un día completo por alojarte. Es cierto que nos avisaron 2h antes para decirnos que ya podíamos entrar, pero al viajar desde lejos con niños no nos arriesgamos a salir antes y no lo pudimos aprovechar.

The location and the view from the property were very good

− poor communication from Solymar company leading to stressful situation in terms of getting keys etc. Property described as 'premiere' when it was not. All 4 dining chairs had plastic hanging from the seats. ( photos available). Very inadequate towels and linen, which although washed smelt foul. e.g. one old and unpleasant towel in the bathroom for 3 adults for a week, no tops sheet on beds just a very cheap cotton throw, uncomfortable pillows. A request to enter premises earlier not heeded on arrival although it was explained that the 3 customers were over 70 years of age, yet the cleaner was able to arrive by 8.30 on the day we left. Pool area extremely basic with just 5 white plastic chairs to sit on , no sunbeds or umbrellas available. Property described as having a terrace when there was not one. Very disappointing for a property advertised as premiere and which cost over 900 euros for a week.
