− No water heater in bathroom, only master bedroom and the small room downstairs with aircons, the other 2 rooms upstairs only with fan.

− No drinking water dispenser, no aircond in two of the bedrooms, no blanket, no mirror in bedrooms, no wardrobe in bedrooms, no dressing table in bedrooms.
