Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Villengegend. Sie hat zwei Bäder, es fehlt nichts und ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Man geht 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Murnau hat eine sehr schöne Fußgängerzone mit netten kleinen Geschäften. Das Schlossmuseum - Ausstellung Gabriele Münter - liegt ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
