This property is managed by Row Hosts LLC. We screen our amazing guests, and a security deposit is placed as a hold for incidentals on your card. Once your stay is completed, the hold is removed from your account and the amount is refunded. Our system is integrated with the booking channel system and we utilize Stripe payment processing system. This means booking as usual through the platform on our guests' end. We just like to be transparent about the security measures we put in place to protect our guests.
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, the information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
We care about you and your experience so as stated above this property has outside security cameras on the premises. There is also a minut decibel monitor that monitors noise level to ensure that the quiet hours are being followed and indoor cigaret smoke detection.
