− Leider ist das Apartment genau zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet und damit ist es in der Nacht auch extrem laut vom Verkehr her

Locatie frumoasa, apartament foarte curat si utilat cu aproape tot de trebuie.Terasa este foarte mare si amenajata pentru luat masa in aer liber. Priveliste minunata care munti. Exista aer conditionat si lift. Proprietarii sunt foarte amabili si raspund foarte repede la solicitari. Parcarea este gratuita chiar la proprietate. Baia are si cada si cabina de dus.

− Locatia este amplasata pe o strada principala si este zgomot din cauza traficului. Apartamentul nu are dulapuri pentru haine...exista doar cateva umerase care sunt evident insuficiente. Ferestrele nu au plase de insecte si din aceasta cauza seara nu se poate dormi cu geamul deschis.

Sehr große Wohnung alles vom feinsten. Große Terrasse passen 20 Personen drauf. KLIMAANLAGE IST BEI SO EINEM WETTER SEHR GUT 33 Grad. .

− TV nur Internet Empfang sehr unstabil kein ZDF UND ARD. FUSSBALL am 22.06.26 konnten wir vergessen Selbst Servus TV hat bei Join nicht übertragen. Na na ja Pech gehabt. ÄRGERLICH

Für einen Kurzurlaub super geeignet

Klein aber fein. Sehr modern eingerichtet und für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten ideal. Der Balkon ist schmal und hat an der äußeren Ecke schon um 9 Uhr Sonne - bis ca 17 Uhr. Es ist an einer viel befahrenen Straße, aber störte uns nicht. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage die wir die 2. Nacht an hatten um einen unterschied zur ersten Nacht zu sehen mit offenem Fenster. Mit Klimaanlage ist es bei über 25 grad doch angenehmer und vorallem leiser als die Autos. Das Bett fanden wir super bequem und haben selten im Urlaub so gut gelegen. Der Kühlschrank hat ein kleines Gefrierfach, was für uns perfekt war. Supermarkt war fast um die Ecke und in die Innenstadt sowie ans Wasser mussten wir ein kleines Stück gehen, aber der Weg ist flach und gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Schlüssel kann man mit dem Fahrstuhl bis nach ganz oben fahren oder man geht die Treppen bis nach oben. Und das wichtigste, unser Auto stand im Innenhof und mussten uns keine Gedanken machen.

− Es gibt zwei Sachen die ich anders machen würde, dass wäre 1. einen Airfryer oder Mikrowelle/Minibackofen und im Badezimmer unter dem Waschbecken einen Schrank oder Ähnliches. Wenn ich länger da wäre, würden die zwei Sachen mir schon fehlen. Ein Ganzkörperspiegel wäre Nice to have.
